American Graco diaphragm pumps are designed and manufactured in pneumatic and electric models with double diaphragm. These pumps are mainly used to transfer chemicals in industrial, production and process units (oil and gas). Graco Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps have unique features such as non-stop operation and low swing external air valve. Also, by using Graco electric diaphragm pumps, energy consumption can be saved up to 5 times. These pumps are also ideal for applications that require uniform flow. Compared to its competitors, Graco diaphragm pumps have fewer parts and therefore do not require constant maintenance. These pumps are available in plastic and metal materials, both of which are easily able to transfer corrosive or abrasive liquids. All Graco products, including diaphragm pumps, are fully tested before leaving the factory.

Graco Diaphragm Pump Husky Series

The Graco Husky Diaphragm Pump has corrosion-resistant fluid paths that make it ideal for conveying corrosive or abrasive chemicals and solvents. The internal components of these pumps can be selected to meet wear, temperature and chemical compatibility requirements. The reciprocating speed of the diaphragms in Graco Husky pumps increases with increasing air pressure, while air consumption and vibration are at the lowest level. These pumps can be provided in different materials with threaded connections (NPT, BSP) and flange. Husky Series Graco Diaphragm Pumps are used to transfer all types of acids, fuels, adhesives, paints, resins, inks, solvents and wastewater. The advantages of these pumps include long life, easy maintenance, non-stopping of the air distribution system, and high resistance to all kinds of chemicals.

Diaphragm pump Graco ChemSafe series

Graco ChemSafe Series Diaphragm Pumps are designed and manufactured with PTFE or UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) bodies. No metal is used in the way of entering and leaving the liquid in these pumps, and therefore they have maximum resistance against chemicals, abrasives and highly corrosive acids. It should be noted that different parts of these pumps can be ordered with different materials to transfer all kinds of liquids. The design of ChemSafe series pumps is machine-made and compared to mold pumps, they have higher quality and chemical containment. These pumps are available in sizes from 1/4 to 1 ½ inches with threaded connections and their diaphragm is double type like standard models.

Graco electric diaphragm pump (Husky Electric)

The driving force in Graco electric diaphragm pumps of the Husky Electric series is provided by an electric motor. These pumps have all the characteristics of pneumatic diaphragm pumps, including the ability to be self-priming and stop against pressure. Among the advantages of Husky series Greco electric diaphragm pumps can be mentioned energy cost saving, fluctuation reduction and precise control of output liquid. Different parts of these pumps can be ordered in different materials to be compatible with all kinds of chemicals. The electricity used in Graco Husky Electric series pumps can be single-phase or three-phase. These pumps can also be provided with EX explosion-proof motor for use in sensitive areas. Graco Husky electric diaphragm pumps are produced in sizes from 1 to 3 inches.
