How Pomkar diaphragm pump works
Diaphragm pumps transfer fluid by reciprocating diaphragms. The moving factor in these pumps is compressed air. Therefore, along with the pump, a compressor according to its capacity should be prepared. The output pressure in Pomkar diaphragm pumps has the same ratio as the input air and can go up to 7 times. This pressure can be adjusted by the air regulator. The air entering the pump goes behind the diaphragms by the air distribution system, and when one part of the pump chamber is emptying the liquid, the other part is filling. The liquid flow in the diaphragm pumps of the work pump fluctuates, which can be made uniform by using an accumulator or pulsation damper in the output path.
